30-Day Return Policy
QuinnsJewelers.com offers a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY!
If, for ANY reason, you are not happy with your purchase you have up to 30 days from the date you received your package to return it!
We will gladly accept the returned item for a refund or exchange.
OUR RETURN PROCESS
When we have received your returned item and it is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately. Please note that when we receive your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Items showing signs of wear, custom orders, engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than QuinnsJewelers.com), or damaged in any way, cannot be approved for return or exchange. If the item has any security tags, those tags must be intact and attached to the item.
HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN
1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization
Call 1-877-461-5284 and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. AFFIX THIS STICKER TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE YOU ARE RETURNING.
(Packages without this sticker on the outside of the package will be refused.)
Note: Do not write QuinnsJewelers.com, jewelry, diamonds, or any other luxury related words on your package, as this invites theft.
2. Return Form
After receiving your RMA code, you will receive via e-mail a return authorization form. Please print this out and return that along with the package.
Secure your item(s) and all original packing material, including return form and original packing slip. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost of that certificate. If you received any free gift(s) with your purchase, it too must be returned. No refund will be issued otherwise.
3. Insuring Your Package
If the item on your invoice is priced:
- Less than $500: You can return it by any carrier you choose. Be sure to fully insure the item, and request a return receipt as confirmation that your item has reached its destination.
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered or Certified Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Quinn’s. (Fed Ex and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
- QuinnsJewelers.com is not responsible for loss or damage to items as a result of shipping.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Packages without a Return Merchandise Authorization code will not be approved for refund or exchange.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out by QuinnsJewelers.com and must be returned within 30 days of date received by the customer. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
- Badly packed or uninsured items will not be accepted.
- If the item was a gift, the authorization number MUST be written on the QuinnsJewelers.com address label. The gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive a QuinnsJewelers.com gift certificate, but not a refund.
The full cost of the returned item will be refunded, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment.
Custom work or special orders (including rings that have been charged extra for sizing), engraved or personalized items are nonrefundable unless an error was made by QuinnsJewelers.com. Shipping & handling cost will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to an error made by QuinnsJewelers.com, or when it has been confirmed that the merchandise is defective.
If the item you received is defective or is not the same as ordered, you have the option of requesting a refund or an exchange for the purchase. We provide service and repair to any jewelry purchased on QuinnsJewelers.com site only. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions about repairs or alterations. QuinnsJewelers.com cannot be responsible for any repairs or alternations made by a third party without prior consent of QuinnsJewelers.com. Any such alteration or repair voids any warranties, to include the 30 Day refund policy. No refunds will be made for any repair done by a third party.
