Signature Required
All FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. If your delivery is over $500, we will still require a signature for delivery even if you have signed any waivers from FedEx. If your delivery is under the amount of $500 and has been shipped FedEx 2Day or FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx may require a signature. These stipulations are for your protection. If you want to have your item delivered to a FedEx location instead of your shipping address, please call us at 1-877-461-5284 to arrange the delivery.

Shipping Terms & Policies
- Orders are shipped only on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding any Federal holidays in the US.
- Your order and credit card authorization must by received by 11:00 a.m. CT in order to have it processed the same day it is received. If it is received later than 11:00 a.m. CT, it will be processed the following business day. This is applicable to all shipping methods.
- You will not be charged for your item until it is shipped to you.
- Shipping to the U.S. Territories can only be shipped FedEx International and will require additional business days for delivery. FedEx Overnight and/or Saturday delivery are not available in these areas.
- Orders being shipped to an APO/FPO military address may only be shipped via the US Postal Service with no expedited delivery available.
- All FedEx deliveries require a street address.
- For security purposes QuinnsJewelers.com will only ship to street addresses, not to P.O. Boxes, etc.
- All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.
- We will notify you by e-mail the day your order has shipped with a confirmation and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at
www.fedex.com, www.usps.com, www.ups.com.
- In case your order cannot be shipped as expected, you will be contacted by e-mail and informed of the reason for delay.
